Initial interviews are generally conducted by telephone. Initial interviews are designed to help us learn more about your interest in our company and the role, your experience and career goals, and how well you may fit within the Zachry organization.
Based upon the outcome of initial interviews and assessments, final interviews are scheduled with members of the Zachry team.
Zachry utilizes an online assessment to gather information about your skills and accomplishments that may not surface during interviews. The assessments are important in determining fit, qualifications and the direction of interviews.
The process is simple. You will receive an email from Zachry's assessment vendor, instructing you on how to complete the process.
