Zachry Group has an exciting opportunity for a Treasury Analyst to join our Treasury team. The Treasury Analyst will be responsible for performing a variety of cash and treasury related functions, including daily cash positioning and reporting. The Treasury Analyst will maintain bank account balances, initiate wire transfers, and provide analysis on treasury activities as needed.
Responsible for daily cash operations
Prepare and oversee daily cash position
Research Transactions and prepare backup support
Schedule and Determine Investment Amounts and Execute Investment Trades
Direct Deposit Payroll, and other cash transfers by ACH and Fed Wire
Monitor the cash management process for ways to streamline the movement of funds and related information
Other special projects as needed
Must have a strong understanding of financial transactions, treasury management practices, treasury workstations, and bank systems
Minimum 2 - 3 years of Treasury/Finance Experience
High School Diploma
Exceptional attention to detail
Superior organizational and problem solving skills
A self-starter and highly motivated individual who demonstrates the ability to exercise sound judgment and provide recommendations to management
Must remain flexible and organized in a fast paced environment
Ability to meet tight deadlines
Ability to prioritize workload and handle multiple tasks
Strong technical and analytical skills
Strong PC skills, particularly with MS Excel, databases and enterprise systems
Excellent Verbal and Oral communications skills with all levels of management
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
Current or Former Zachry
Certified Treasury Professional (CTP)
2-3 years Banking Experience preferably in Commercial Banking, Treasury Management and or Accounting
Required to communicate in person, via telephone, and email. Use of arm/hand steadiness, manual dexterity, finger dexterity, multi limb coordination, oral expression, and comprehension. May be required to lift, carry and move objects safely. Occasionally may adhere to extended periods of standing, walking, sitting, signaling and talking.
Work will be in a general office environment operating and functioning in a fast-paced work environment. Must possess vision (corrected or uncorrected) that allows for clear visibility. Noise levels will be low to moderate.
