Zachry Group is currently looking for Talent Acquisition Professionals to join our Talent Acquisition team working in our Construction group on projects located across the US. This particular posting is designed to source potential candidates for current and future needs, but does not represent an actual given position.

 

Position Summary

Talent Acquisition professionals are responsible for forecasting, sourcing, recruiting, hiring, redeploying talent for the organization and in some cases managing the before mentioned processes and teams that perform those functions.

 

Potential Roles

 

Talent Acquisition Managers

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Responsible for all Talent Acquisition operations on a given project or region.
  • Will forecast expected workforce for given scope
  • Manage Talent Acquisition Teams
  • Communicate with project and regional operations managers
  • Build reports and report on Talent Acquisition Operations
  • Participate in project or regional general management opportunities as requested
  • Participate and plan on development opportunities for self and team

 

Senior Recruiters

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Responsible for sourcing and recruiting operations of assigned scope
  • May functionally oversee other recruiters
  • May assist in the hiring process or any other process as requested to support the project or region assigned
  • Communicate with Job Seekers and local sourcing agencies
  • Build reports and report on sourcing and recruiting activities

 

Recruiters

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Conduct sourcing and recruiting operations of assigned scope
  • May assist in the hiring process or any other process as requested to support the project or region assigned
  • Communicate with Job Seekers and local sourcing agencies
  • Build reports and report on sourcing and recruiting activities

 

 

Employment Representatives and Talent Acquisition Specialists

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assist in sourcing and recruiting operations
  • Conduct hiring process for new employees to include but not limited to: process scheduling, assisting and completing employment paperwork, running background checks, performing drug testing or scheduling such, performing health assessment or scheduling such, scheduling safety council, etc..
  • Perform administrative tasks as requested

 

Qualifications

Talent Acquisition Managers

Required

  • 1 to 3+ years experience managing teams
  • Good Communication & Customer service skills
  • Ability to illustrate the theory and general practices of talent acquisition
  • The ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • Illustrate above average talent in leadership competencies
  • Ability to travel and relocate
  • Computer and software proficiency

Preferred

  • Former experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Former experience in Industrial Construction and/or Services
  • Thorough understanding of HR processes in general with emphasis on Talent Acquisition and Employment Law
  • Bachelors Degree or Above
  • Certifications in HR and/or Talent Acquisitions (For Example: SPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, etc...)
  • Bi-Lingual – English and Spanish 

Senior Recruiters

Required

  • 3+ years experience in sourcing and recruiting
  • Experience in Industrial Construction and/or Services
  • Good Communication & Customer Service skills
  • Ability to illustrate the theory and general practices of talent acquisition
  • Ability to illustrate task management and functional management as a subject matter expert (SME)
  • The ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • Ability to travel and relocate
  • Computer and software proficiency

Preferred

  • Thorough understanding of HR processes in general with emphasis on Talent Acquisition and Employment Law
  • Bachelors Degree or Above
  • Certifications in HR and/or Talent Acquisitions (For Example: SPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, etc...)
