Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

 

  • Attend and participate in weekly capital meetings covering the schedule/cost of a given project to Project leaders, Coordinators, and Job Reps.
  • Provide weekly, monthly, and yearly reports to the customer and Zachry management..
  • Utilize SAP to verify project data and Type Work Breakdown
  • Participate in Front End Loading support as needed
  • Process and document RFI / FCN work
  • Provide PF factor and S-curves reports on capital projects
  • Run CMIS reports to import into Cost Reporting Database weekly cost reporting
  • Save and store any job related information on the shared drive
  • Be a resource for Field Supervision and project leadership to aid in the understanding of cost reporting and forecast at completion to ensure projects do not exceed PO value.
  • Provide Cost Analysis routinely for any T&M or LS Project
  • Interface with Admin to ensure successful payroll transmission weekly without kick-outs, and resolve issues that arise from improper cost codes on time sheets from the field
  • Perform necessary monitoring and research on the TR Commitment Report to aid in project closure forms.
  • Assist in validating cost codes used in Oracle for procurement of project materials, rentals and services to ensure the cost settles properly
  • Prompt attention to customer requests related to project cost, forecasting, invoicing or close out.
  • Follow all OSHA, INEOS, and Zachry safety policies and procedures. Meet all PPE requirements for the site and each area of the plant.

Provide Cost and Reporting support for Capital projects preparing weekly cost report, new project cost code structure, RFI log, FCN’s and project closure forms during the project lifecycle.

Knowledge and application of the following standards, guidelines and codes:

  • Navigate in SAP to obtain necessary information for reference
  • CMIS – Zachry Cost Management Information System
  • Microsoft, Excel, Word, Power Point, Access and Outlook Programs
  • Zachry Company work processes and procedures

This position may require Call Out, Off-hour and overtime support as needed.

INEOS Project Leaders and Construction Coordinators – Establish open lines of communication with the customer and their representatives to assure that all expectations are met and all issues are resolved.

Capital Superintendent (or Site Manager) - Maintain frequent interaction to receive instructions and provide information for reports, schedule compliance, headcounts, work packages, cost, etc.

General Foreman / Foreman – Maintain frequent interaction discussing headcounts, work completion, schedule compliances, schedule changes, material, daily charges, etc. to complete reports.

Required: Have a strong understanding of INEOS Capital work processes, knowledge of Zachry and OSHA health, safety and environmental procedures and regulations.

Education: (Preferred):  High School Diploma, Technical School, Some College

Required Training:CMIS cost training, Access Database, Excel, Microsoft applications

Technical Knowledge: OSHA Standards, Environmental Controls, Planning and Scheduling, Estimating, Quality Assurance, HSE Guidelines, Capital Procedures

Skills: Communication, Organizational, Leadership, Teambuilding, Interpersonal Relationships, Conflict Management, Client Relations, Labor Relations, Computers and Computer Software (includes SAP, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook)

Experience: Cost experience with a minimum of Two (3) years of experience, and knowledge of all crafts and project execution and project documentation
