Position Summary:  Employment Representative will deliver a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers while supporting the daily employment office operations.

Position Responsibilities

·         Provides customer service to employment candidates that includes but not limited to assisting candidates with job application and hiring processes

·         Administrative duties including data entry, answering phones, taking messages, filing etc.

·         Performs activities and updates requisitions as related to the hiring process (background checks, drug screen, health screen, I9 compliance, E-Verify compliance, employment paperwork, site specific requirements)

·         Pre-Qualifies and screens candidates for employment

·         Assist in coordinating and conducting re-deployment initiatives (proactive communication with employees prior to anticipated end date)

·         Tracks and reports data on staffing processes

·         Other duties as assigned
