Position Title: Training Coordinator at the INEOS CBW jobsite in Alvin, TX.
The training coordinator is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and overall administration of the craft training program on a project or site. The training coordinator is responsible for collaborating with site leadership and project staff to assist in:
Identifying and scheduling all training opportunities
Must have experience administering craft training programs
Must have experience in Forklifts, Ariel Lifts, Line Equipment Opening ect.
Identifying personnel that will participate, equipment, and locations that will be used to conduct the training. This may be internal or external to the site or Zachry.
The training coordinator is responsible for tracking, updating, entering training data into the system of record, reporting the status of craft and project training at meetings or through monthly reports both at the site and to the Craft Development department. The training supervisor/coordinator will be required to ensure consistency by auditing various aspects of the project’s craft training program including but not limited to documents, processes, proctors, and instructors.
The training supervisor/coordinator is required to initiate, develop, and maintain relationships with local industry trade organizations, associations/chapters, employment agencies, high schools, colleges, and universities as part of Zachry’s community outreach, workforce development, and employment strategy.
Must have a valid driver’s license and meet a motor vehicle records check

Preferred Additional Qualifications
Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
Industrial construction experience
Knowledge and experience with Industrial construction training curriculum
Experience in industrial equipment instruction specific to crane and rigging
Previous training experience

Will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) including but not limited to: hard hat, safety glasses/goggles, ear plugs/muffs, masks/respirators, safety vests, gloves and leather work boots.
